CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Warehouse Coordinator to support shipping, receiving, and inventory management at a scientific research facility. You will handle material deliveries, operate forklifts, and maintain accurate warehouse records while ensuring safety and efficiency.

The role sits within the Supply Chain function, focusing on timely material movement, data accuracy, and collaboration with various internal teams across the site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; up to 2 years in warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience.
• Forklift experience required; certification may be required for forklifts, aerial lifts, and power pallet jacks.
• Experience in a general warehouse environment including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and material handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading merchandise, materials, and supplies from trucks and delivery vehicles.
• Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move inventory safely and efficiently.
• Support internal deliveries across a scientific research facility, ensuring materials reach designated departments and laboratories.
• Pack, unpack, process, scan, and shelve incoming shipments.
• Pull orders and enter information into inventory control and warehouse management systems.
• Maintain warehouse records, inventory counts, and documentation for data accuracy.
• Perform physical inventory checks and audit warehouse reports for accurate system accounting.
• Label materials and products according to procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and storage areas; sweep and mop floors.
• Consolidate stock and optimize storage space utilization.
• Assist with general facility maintenance, including light painting, carpentry, and basic tool repairs.
• Utilize warehouse technology, inventory systems, Microsoft Office, and handheld scanning devices to manage inventory and track shipments.
• Follow procedures to solve routine problems with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Deliver work following defined processes under supervision.
