Job summary

High Liner Foods USA seeks a Warehouse Associate at our Peabody, MA facility to handle forklift-driven operations, order selection, and shipment preparation for frozen products.

Expect duties including cycle counting, BOL printing, and daily coordination with production and customer service to resolve shortages. Must maintain accuracy, safety compliance, and reliability; overtime and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift experience including Stand Up, Sit Down and Pallet Jack forklifts.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Strong organization, problem solving, and communications skills.
• Fluent English and ability to follow detailed verbal/written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Accurately put-away, order picking, stacking, loading and shipment of frozen products.
• Cycle counting and area cleaning as needed.
• Prints picks and Bills of Lading; make corrections when needed.
• Communicates with production, plant, and customer service about shortages.
• Pulls samples for customer service, sales or QA department.
• Ensures stock accuracy of products in freezer and outbound shipments.
• Adheres to safety rules (OSHA, GMP) and checks trailer temperatures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
