Job summary

CORT Furniture Rental is seeking a full-time Warehouse Coordinator in North Bergen, NJ. This onsite role supports unloading and processing daily truck deliveries, inventory control, and billing reconciliation, collaborating across departments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 5 years warehouse experience preferred.
• 5 years of inventory management and cycle counting experience preferred.
• Forklift Operator certification preferred; on-the-job certification provided.
• Physically able to move furniture and lift 50+ pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks for daily routes, ensuring no damage and proper item placement.
• Pull and stage furniture for next day’s deliveries, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Clean, touch up, and repair furniture to ensure it is rental-ready.
• Maintain and clean the warehouse, including breaking down cardboard and trash.
• Monitor inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and ensure accurate product movement and storage.
• Participate in safety meetings and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Assist with end-of-day billing reconciliation processes to ensure transactions and invoicing are accurate.
• Participate in special projects and other tasks as assigned.
