Job summary

MasTec Communications Group is hiring a Warehouse Coordinator to move materials within the distribution center and loading platform using hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, and conveyors. You will receive inventory, log into the warehouse system, stock locations, and prepare customer invoices.

Responsibilities include maintaining safety standards, organizing space, tracking inventory, and mentoring teammates on procedures and safety when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Able to operate PCs including Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Move material within the distribution center and loading platform using hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, or conveyors.
• Receive inventory, log into warehouse system, and stock items.
• Read work orders and prepare invoices; check part numbers and pack items.
• Inspect inventory for damage and report problems.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain DOT/OSHA compliance.
• Track inventory in the system and organize warehouse space.
• Assist teammates and coach others on procedures and safety.
