Pentair is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator 2nd shift in Sanford, NC. You will manage daily production support activities, print orders, resolve system issues, and help train the team while driving process improvements.

You will partner with IT and SAP to address pre-shipper problems, communicate operational updates, and ensure adherence to company policies and safety requirements. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience in shipping and logistics is preferred.
• Experience with SAP and MS Office is beneficial.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Print all department orders and ensure accurate documentation.

Warehouse Coordinator 2nd - Sanford, NC

We have an opportunity for a Warehouse Coordinator 2nd to join our Sanford, NC team. You will You will coordinate daily production support activities by managing order printing, troubleshooting and resolving system and pre-shipper issues, assisting with team training and process improvements, tracking and reporting key performance metrics, communicating operational updates, supporting team members in meeting daily objectives, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

You will:

• Print all orders for the department.
• Handle pre-shipper printing issues by determining the cause of the malfunction and taking prompt corrective action.
• Work closely with IT to resolve pre-shipper non-allocation and PIC status issues.
• Work with the SAP program to correct pre-shipper problems.
• Assist in the needs, development, & training of team members.
• Assist in developing, streamlining, improving, & implementation of processes & procedures for the team.
• Responsibility for the achievement & reporting of daily metrics.
• Communicate information regarding programs and support from management to the team.
• Assists team members in daily functions to complete tasks.
• Assists in formulating department strategy.
• Ensures team members adhere to Pentair policies & procedures.

Key Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Effective written and verbal communication skills required, English proficiency is required
• Leadership skills desired
• 2 years shipping experience desired
• International shipping experience desired
• MS Office proficiency required
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; bend; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Position Shift/Hours:

2nd shift: 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm Monday - Friday

Compensation:

The hourly pay for this role is: $20.00/hr. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
