Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to receive, stock, and deliver items, load and unload orders, and keep the warehouse organized. The role requires a high school diploma and 6 months of warehouse/driving experience, plus map-reading and strong customer service skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected; Oracle knowledge is a plus. Travel up to 50% is required, and Rosendin offers ESOP, 401K, and an annual bonus program as part of a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Receive and deliver stock and non-stock items.

• Outbound functions: pick, pack, and ship orders.
• Inbound functions: receive, placement, and put away of product.
• Maintain safe operation of vehicles and a clean driving record.
• Follow maps and directions; provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain knowledge of job location and surrounding areas.

YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for receiving and delivering stock and non-stock items; and loading and unloading orders.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Looking for a driver of a 26ft flat bed and box truck, No CDL required.
• Must operate all forklift types
• Performing warehouse duties and tasks as assigned
• Maintain an organized warehouse
• Ensure the safe operation of vehicles
• Stock shelves and put away incoming tools and equipment
• Outbound functions include selecting checking, packing and shipping orders
• Inbound functions include receiving, placement and put away of product
• Must be familiar with the job location and surrounding areas
• Maintain a clean driving record
• The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to those listed above and other duties may be assigned.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to read maps and follow directions

• Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); Oracle preferred

WHAT YOU BRING TO US:

WORKING CONDITIONS:

General work environment – sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite.
