Job summary

Rosendin in Meridian, Mississippi is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to receive and deliver stock, load/unload orders, and maintain an organized warehouse. Eligible candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months of warehouse and driving experience.

CDL is not required for this role. Responsibilities include operating forklifts, managing outbound/inbound processes, and ensuring safe vehicle operation while upholding excellent customer service and a clean driving

• Proficient with computer and Microsoft Office; Oracle preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and read maps, and follow directions.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift types.
• Stock shelves and put away incoming tools and equipment; outbound and inbound functions.
• Maintain an organized warehouse and ensure safe vehicle operation.
• Know the job location and surrounding areas; maintain clean driving record.

YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for receiving and delivering stock and non-stock items; and loading and unloading orders.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Looking for a driver of a 26ft flat bed and box truck, No CDL required.
• Must operate all forklift types
• Performing warehouse duties and tasks as assigned
• Maintain an organized warehouse
• Ensure the safe operation of vehicles
• Stock shelves and put away incoming tools and equipment
• Outbound functions include selecting checking, packing and shipping orders
• Inbound functions include receiving, placement and put away of product
• Must be familiar with the job location and surrounding areas
• Maintain a clean driving record
• The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to those listed above and other duties may be assigned.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to read maps and follow directions
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); Oracle preferred
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary
• Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude
• Effective oral and written communication skills as required for the position
• Ability to be self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player
• Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others

WHAT YOU BRING TO US:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6 months previous warehouse and driving experience
• Can be a combination of education, training and relevant experience

TRAVEL:

• 50%

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• General work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning
• Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite.
