Prioritize customer requests in systemEnsure all 'must ship today' orders are processed according to shipping commitments domestically and internationallyProvide daily assistance and backup for picking, packing and shipping functionsMaintain Inventory documentationPerforms other duties as assignedQualifications:High School Degree or Equivalent3+ years of order management experience within a warehouse or production environmentDemonstrated experience being able to communicate professionally in written and verbal forms1 year of operational or administrative experience preferred1 year of understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems preferred1 year of customer service and inside sales experience preferred1 year of logistics and warehouse experience preferredKnowledge of warehouse management and order management systems.Ability to change priorities quickly, ability to multi-task, and working at a very fast pace is required for this role.Strong verbal and written communication skillsStrong computer skills, including in Microsoft OfficeAbility to work in a team environment.Attention to detailPhysical Demands:Position is based inside a warehouseEnvironment can be up to 100 degrees in the summer. For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents.
