Job summary

Wesco in Mattoon, IL is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to support our warehouse team. You will prioritize orders, route tasks, and help align staff and workflows to meet daily targets.

This on-site role requires 3+ years in order management within a warehouse setting, with Reach Truck experience preferred. The shift runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on their feet.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of order management experience within a warehouse or production environment.
• 1 year of operational and/or logistics experience preferred.
• Reach Truck experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Operations through order prioritization and routing.
• Coordinate with local managers and supervisors to align employees and workflow.
• Identify potential problems in processes and work with management to resolve.
• Act as team lead on small or special projects.
• Manage multiple communication systems to fulfill internal customer requests.

A Day in The Life of a Coordinator

As a Coordinator in Operations, you will be responsible for supporting our Operations team through proficient order prioritization and routing. You will provide assistance in all areas of the warehouse based on the needs of the location.

Education & Experience

• High school degree or equivalent required
• 3+ years of order management experience within a warehouse or production environment required

• Reach Truck experience

Compensation Details

Compensation Details: $18.55 - $23.18 Per Hour

This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.

For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan,subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, Wesco also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan.
