JCQ Services, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations, coordinate shipments, maintain records, and assist with inventory processes. The candidate will communicate across departments and leverage approved AI tools to boost efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics or related education preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in warehouse ops, logistics, shipping/receiving, or inventory management.
• Experience with inventory software and AI/digital tools to improve workflows.
• Strong organizational, time-management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound deliveries and outbound shipments.
• Maintain shipping, receiving, and delivery schedules.
• Support inventory management and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, logistics providers, customer service, sourcing, and other departments.
• Assist with import/export documentation and processes, as needed.
• Request warehouse supplies through the Sourcing Department.
• Report operational issues and updates to the Warehouse Manager.
• Prepare warehouse reports, forms, logs, and other documentation.
• Enter and update information in inventory management and company systems.
• Report system or technology issues to the IT Department.
• Use approved AI and digital tools to assist with reporting, documentation, data organization, and process improvement.
• Identify opportunities to improve or automate repetitive administrative processes.

Warehouse Coordinator

Warehouse Operations & Logistics

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in logistics, supply chain, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, shipping and receiving, inventory management, or a related field.
• Experience using inventory management software and standard business applications.
• Experience using AI or digital tools to improve administrative or operational workflows.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures.
• Ability to work effectively with employees, management, vendors, and other departments.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to regularly move throughout warehouse and office areas.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform other physical activities required in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment that may include varying temperatures, noise, dust, and moving equipment.

Work Environment & Schedule

This is a full-time, in-person position requiring 40 hours per week. Regular and reliable attendance is an essential part of the position.

The role operates in awarehouse environmentwith regular interaction with employees, drivers, vendors, customers, and delivery personnel. The position may involve exposure to warehouse noise, moving equipment, varying temperatures, and other conditions typical of warehouse operations. Travel between company locations, warehouses, project sites, or other work locations may be required based on business needs.
