Lone Star Staffing is hiring a Bilingual (Spanish) On-Site Warehouse Coordinator in Irving, TX. The role combines supervising employees, floor walking to ensure safety, and clear communication with client management to ensure quality service.

Pay rate is $19.00/hour with a 12:00 PM–9:00 PM schedule. Benefits include Medical, Dental, AD&D, Vacation, Flex, Holiday, Telemedicine, Anniversary Day and Bereavement. Excellent client relations and safety leadership are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in warehouse/distribution preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Manage attendance and punctuality for On-Site employees.
• Lead On-Site staff with professionalism.
• Set priorities and meet deadlines.
• Follow up on workers' compensation and injury events.
• Conduct pre-shift safety meetings.
• Certify Material Handling Equipment with employees.
• Perform safety walks to ensure a safe work environment.
• Maintain timekeeping program and employee hours.
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Issue disciplinary action as needed.
• Maintain employee database.
• Support On-Site Manager and perform other duties as assigned.

This position is a combination of supervising employees, walking the floors to ensure a safe work environment and maintaining a clear line of communication with client management to ensure successful customer service. Constant availability to employees, client and management.

Essential Functions

• Manage all attendance and punctuality for all On-Site employees.


• Manage On-Site employees through leadership and professionalism.


• Establish priorities, meet timelines and deadlines.


• Ability to closely follow up with all workers compensation and injury events.


• Conduct pre-shift safety meetings.


• Conduct Material Handling Equipment certifications with employees.


• Conduct safety walks to ensure a safe work environment.


• Manage time keeping program that is used to keep track of employee hours.


• Maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports.


• Issue disciplinary action.


• Constant updating employee database.


• Undertaking other tasks as directed by the On-Site Manager.


• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of High School Diploma/GED


• Excel, Gmail (preferred)


• Forklift, EPJ, MHE (required)


• Warehouse/distribution experience is preferred but not required


• Excellent Computer Skills (MS Office proficient, Excel, and Word)


• Strong client centered service delivery and impeccable client relation skills required


• Demonstrated verbal, written communication and presentation skills


• Bilingual English/Spanish (required)
