Job summary

GAC Solutions in Illinois seeks an experienced WMS specialist to provide advanced technical support, troubleshoot issues, and manage complex integrations. The role requires deep domain knowledge of warehouse operations and hands-on experience with Manhattan WMS and LM, including cloud deployments.

The candidate will drive MAWM implementations, design WMS integrations, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Travel up to 20% is expected, with no travel restrictions to Mexico and Canada.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with best in breed WMS solutions.
• Manhattan WMS and LM experience is mandatory.
• Experience with MAWM implementations from end to end.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex technical tasks.
• WMS cloud implementations experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced (L2/L3) WMS support and troubleshoot issues.
• Understand and design WMS and legacy system integrations.
• Lead or contribute to full lifecycle MAWM implementations.
• Ensure complete WMS process flows and optimal cloud deployments.

• Should have experience working in WMS Support team
• Technical Support: Provide advanced (L2/L3) support, troubleshoot issues, resolve bugs.
• Warehouse operations domain experience is a must.
• Should be open to travel at least 20% with no restrictions to travel to Mexico and Canada.
• 10+ years of working with best in breed WMS Solutions is a must.
• Manhattan WMS and LM experience is mandatory
• Needs to have multiple full lifecycle MAWM Implementation experience
• Should have the good understanding of the complete WMS Process Flows.
• Good experience in WMS Cloud implementations.
• Should have excellent technical skills and should be able to independently handle the technical assignments.
• Understand & capable of designing WMS and/or Legacy system(s) Integrations.
• Must possess strong communication skills both verbal and written.
