Job summary

Us is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to maintain accurate inventory records and support production with material supply. The role involves loading/unloading, ship/receive duties, and cycle counts in a busy warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include crane and forklift certified operations, ERP data entry for receipts and put-away, and assisting with annual inventories and audits. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Warehouse/shipping and receiving experience is required.
• Certification in both crane and forklift is required.

• Support production with material from the warehouse, including Kanban and material pulls.
• Conduct cycle counts throughout the year.

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for maintaining up to date inventory records. Loading and unloading machinery and goods from trucks and containers. Supporting Production with material supply from the warehouse along with general cleanliness of facility.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Ship and receive warehouse related goods.
• Assist in the put away process after receiving goods into the ERP system.
• Supporting Production with material supply from the warehouse; material pulls, Kanban.
• Conducting cycle counts throughout the year.
• Assist with yearly inventory and audits of Stiles Machinery and external warehouses.
• Perform other tasks as directed by supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Warehouse/shipping & receiving experience
• Must be certified in both crane and forklift
