Job summary

Transteck, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Warehouse Coordinator at our Easton Truck Center. We offer competitive pay based on experience and benefits including uniforms, medical, dental/vision, STD/LTD, and 401(k).

Essential duties include checking in parts, placing parts in bin locations, maintaining shipping documents, and coordinating with drivers to optimize routes. Equal opportunity employer; background and drug screens required.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and logistics.
• Ability to follow safety procedures; this is a safety sensitive role.
• Strong organization and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately check in all incoming parts and reconcile packing lists.
• Place incoming parts in correct bin locations and coordinate pickups/deliveries.
• Maintain UPS and shipping documents.
• Maintain forklift records.
• Ship warranty and core parts promptly.
• Coordinate with delivery drivers to optimize routes.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Coordinate duties of warehouse staff and drivers.
• Follow all safety procedures; this is a safety sensitive job.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Essential Job Functions:

• Accurately check in all incoming parts, reconcile packing lists on timely basis.
• Place incoming parts in proper bin locations, customer pickup, delivery and R.O. areas.
• Maintain all UPS and shipping documents.
• Maintain forklift records.
• Ship all warranty and customer core parts on timely basis.
• Work with delivery drivers to establish most efficient delivery routes.
• Maintain housekeeping and organization of warehouse.
• Coordinate duties of warehouse staff and delivery drivers
• Follow all safety procedures; This is a safety sensitive job.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
