Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, materials handling, and inventory control. The role includes shipping/receiving, cycle counting, and reporting inventory levels to leadership.

The ideal candidate works independently, is organized, and communicates effectively across teams. Candidates should have 2+ years of warehouse experience, cycle counting, and proficiency in Outlook and Excel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse experience required.
• 2+ years of cycle counting and inventory management experience.
• 6 months’ experience with material handling equipment (forklift and pallet jack).
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong organization and ability to stay on task with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills; proficient in Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and solve problems independently.
• Manage materials, inventory control, and shipping/receiving processes.
• Perform regular cycle counts and report inventory levels to leadership.
• Maintain detailed inventory tracking and assist with process improvements.

Job Description

We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator that will be responsible for the day-to-day warehouse operations and must have the ability to work independently, and problem solving. They will be responsible for materials management, inventory control, and shipping/receiving. This individual will perform regular cycle counts and keep detailed tracking of inventory levels to report back to leadership. Pay rate ranges from 18-15/hr.

Skills and Requirements

• 2+ years warehouse experience.
• 2+ years of cycle counting and inventory management.
• 6 months’ experience using material handling equipment– forklift and pallet jack.
• Proven experience working independently and managing time efficiently.
• Organized and ability to manage time efficiently with little daily oversight.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Outlook and Excel.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to bend, squat, reach, and kneel up to 85% of the time.
• Ability to regularly lift 5 – 50 lbs. and occasionally lift over 50 lbs.
