Job summary

Wesco is seeking a Coordinator in Operations in Ashburn, VA, working a Monday–Thursday shift from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The role focuses on supporting the Operations team with order prioritization, routing, and warehouse activities to ensure smooth daily workflows. Responsibilities include documentation coordination, problem resolution with management, and collaboration with local managers to align staffing and tasks.

• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills are preferred.

A Day in The Life of a Coordinator

Education & Experience

• High school degree or equivalent required
• 3+ years of order management experience within a warehouse or production environment required
• 1 year of operational and/or logistics experience preferred
• Forklift experience preferred

Compensation Details

$22.67 - $28.34 Per Hour

This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.

For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, Wesco also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan.
