Job summary

DPR Construction in Abilene, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, shipping, receiving and inventory handling while following safety guidelines.

You will work cross-functionally with teams to resolve discrepancies, maintain organization, and ensure accurate records and timely service. Requirements include a high school diploma and 2–4 years in warehouse or logistics, plus forklift certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

  • Performs order fulfillment activities by accurately pulling, verifying, and preparing materials for shipment or delivery.
  • Receives, inspects, and records incoming materials, updating associated records and maintaining comprehensive order documentation.
  • Loads, unloads, and secures materials and equipment in accordance with safety and handling procedures.
  • Performs cycle counts and monitors inventory levels to identify discrepancies and support inventory control processes.
  • Maintains warehouse organization, including stocking, labeling, and housekeeping to support efficient operations.
  • Operates warehouse equipment and assists with material movement in alignment with training and safety protocols.
  • Coordinates with internal teams to resolve order and inventory issues and support service quality.

Job Summary: Supports daily warehouse operations; including order fulfillment, inventory handling, logistics coordination, as well as overall warehouse organization and upkeep. Ensures all activities are performed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with safety guidelines and established warehouse best practices. Maintains effective communication and coordination across teams and departments to support high quality service and prompt resolution of issues or discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities
