Job summary

DAX International Brokers, operating as DAX, is expanding its Florida footprint and seeks a Warehouse Associate – Inventory Focus to join our Medley team. You will handle inventory control, use SAP Business One, operate forklifts, and support cross-functional teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.

Applicants should have at least 2 years in warehousing, SAP proficiency, and bilingual English/Spanish communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in warehouse or distribution roles with inventory focus.
• Operational proficiency with SAP Business One for logistics and inventory processes.
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills (filters, formulas, tables).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with ability to read, write, and record information in both languages.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical and digital inventory control tasks, including receiving incoming goods and verifying storage.
• Prepare outbound orders and coordinate dispatch; conduct cycle counts and reconcile stock.
• Use SAP Business One to log movements, track stock levels, and investigate discrepancies.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment; ensure PPE and safety compliance.
