Job summary

DAX International is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Inventory Focus in Florida. You will manage physical and digital inventory, receive goods, verify storage, and coordinate outbound orders. Use SAP Business One to log movements, perform cycle counts, and ensure stock accuracy.

Candidates should have 2+ years in warehouse roles, forklift certification, basic Excel, and bilingual English/Spanish. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and teamwork in a growing company with multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehouse or distribution roles with inventory focus
• Operational proficiency with SAP Business One for logistics and inventory processes
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills (filters, simple formulas)
• Valid forklift certification (electric and gas-powered)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely
• HS Diploma or GED
• Bilingual in English and Spanish reading/writing recording information

Responsibilities

• Perform physical and digital inventory control tasks
• Receiving incoming goods (domestic and international)
• Verifying and storing products using scanners
• Preparing outbound orders and coordinating dispatch
• Conducting cycle counts and reconciling stock
• Managing inter-warehouse transfers in SAP Business One
• Log inventory movements and investigate discrepancies
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse areas
• Assist unloading and classifying merchandise from containers
• Coordinate with sales/logistics/customer service for timely fulfillment
• Use Excel to generate basic inventory reports
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks with certification
• Follow OSHA PPE and safety standards
• Maintain accurate records of inventory incidents
