Job summary

T.G. Lee Dairy, a DFA farmer-owned brand, currently seeks reliable warehouse operators (forklift certified) to support picking, pulling, building orders, palletizing, and loading/unloading at our Orlando facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in warehouse, distribution, production, or related experience preferred.
• Forklift or related certifications may be required.
• Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to overall warehouse success.
• Able to perform basic math and inventory counts.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pull, and build orders as assigned.
• Warehouse duties include palletizing, loading, unloading, and staging for outgoing delivery.
• Operate various material handling equipment safely within a cooler, freezer, dock, or warehouse.
• Follow directions and adapt to changing tasks at the assigned station or line.

Job description

T.G. Lee Dairyhas immediate job openings for fast paced and motivated warehouse operator-cooler (forklift certified) to perform any combination of picking, pulling, and building orders, palletizing products, loading, unloading, and staging materials for outgoing delivery, and working any station or line that is assigned. Additionally, warehouse operators are responsible for safely operating various material and handling equipment and machinery within a warehouse, cooler, freezer or dock environment.

RATE OF PAY:

• $21.50 per hour

SCHEDULE AVAILABLE:

• 2 positions will be Mon-Thurs-Fri-Saturday from 2:00 pm to 12:30 am. Off days will be Sun/Tues/Wed.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 to 2 years of warehouse, distribution, production, or related experience
• Certification and/or License – may require forklift, walk behind jack, or other related work certifications
• Able to work in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the warehouse/cooler team
• Able to perform accurate basic math computations and inventory counts
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing (including legible writing)
• Able to perform routine machine adjustments
• Able to adapt to changing situations and perform tasks as assigned
• Able to follow directions
• Able to work with accuracy and attention to detail
• Able to perform tasks and duties without constant supervision
• Must be able to read, write and speak English
