Job summary

T.G. Lee Dairy is seeking a motivated warehouse operator-cooler (forklift certified) to perform a variety of tasks including picking, pulling, and building orders, palletizing products, and loading/unloading for delivery.

You’ll work in a dairy warehouse, cooler, or dock environment, operating equipment safely. The role offers a $21.50/hour pay rate, a 5-day schedule (4:00 pm–2:30 am; Sun/Tues off), and benefits like 401(k), vacation, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 to 2 years of warehouse, distribution, production, or related experience.
• Certification and/or License – forklift, walk behind jack, or other related work certifications.
• Able to work in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the warehouse/cooler team.
• Able to perform accurate basic math computations and inventory counts.
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Able to perform routine machine adjustments.
• Able to adapt to changing situations and perform tasks as assigned.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Perform picking, pulling, and building orders; palletize products and load/unload materials.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely in cooler, freezer, or dock environments.
• Stage materials for outgoing delivery and work at assigned stations or lines.

T.G. Lee Dairyhas immediate job openings for fast paced and motivated warehouse operator-cooler (forklift certified) to perform any combination of picking, pulling, and building orders, palletizing products, loading, unloading, and staging materials for outgoing delivery, and working any station or line that is assigned. Additionally, warehouse operators are responsible for safely operating various material and handling equipment and machinery within a warehouse, cooler, freezer or dock environment.

PAY RATE: $21.50 per hour

SCHEDULE AVAILABLE:

• 4:00 pm to 2:30 am - 5 day work week with Sun/Tues off days
