Job summary

Fleet Farm is hiring a Warehouse Auditor to identify and document compliance issues in receiving, processing and QA within the distribution center. You will work with cross-functional teams to determine root causes and implement improvements.

Strong attention to detail and reporting skills are essential in this role. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, warehouse experience preferred, and good written and verbal communication abilities to thrive in a fast-paced distribution

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Capture and document compliance issues in receiving, OSD, processing and QA.
Research, analyze and document noncompliance at the point of receiving to determine validity.
Assess noncompliance opportunities and communicate standards to internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine root causes and resolutions.
Follow up on noncompliance opportunities including supplier issues, shipping methods and damages.
Develop relationships with receiving to support continuous improvement and error reduction.
Assist in creating and refining processes, tools and templates used company-wide.
Verify outbound contents against customer orders to ensure accuracy.
