Job summary

Blake’s Lotaburger is seeking a Warehouse/Commssary Crew Member for full-time, non-exempt hourly work. The role oversees warehouse operations, including order picking, receiving shipments, loading trailers, and maintaining temperatures and inventory accuracy.

You will build pallets, rotate stock, and ensure a safe, clean work environment while supporting daily routes and team goals. Forklift certification and a readiness to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and certification to operate power equipment including forklifts.
• Ability to learn warehouse techniques and process accurate orders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders, processing requests and supply orders by pulling products accurately.
• Receive incoming vendor/transfer loads, record quantities correctly, and turn in vendor paperwork with signatures and dates.
• Load outbound tractor trailers efficiently and correctly.
• Build pallets for the next day’s routes, ensuring they are double checked for accuracy before being wrapped and put away.
• Rotate product correctly after receiving new inbound deliveries.
• Ensure deliveries are put away promptly to maintain proper food temperatures.
• Maintain freezer and cooler organization to help with weekly inventory counts.
• Assist with counting of inventory if needed.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

WAREHOUSE/COMMISSARY CREW MEMBER

FULL TIME, NON EXEMPT HOURLY POSITION

Position Summary

The Commissary/Warehouse Crew Member is responsible for a variety of warehouse operation functions including accurate product selection and loading of orders onto trailers. This position reports to the Warehouse Floor Manager.

Essential Functions

• Prepare orders, processing requests and supply orders by pulling products accurately.
• Receive incoming vendor/transfer loads, record quantities correctly, and turn in vendor paperwork with signatures and dates.
• Load outbound tractor trailers efficiently and correctly.
• Build pallets for the next day’s routes, ensuring they are double checked for accuracy before being wrapped and put away.
• Rotate product correctly after receiving new inbound deliveries.

Qualifications / Physical Requirements (Education/Training/Experience/Abilities)

• Must have knowledge and certification to operate power equipment including forklifts, power and manual pallet jacks.
• Must possess a polite and friendly attitude.
• Must be neat and clean in appearance.
• Must be able to learn warehouse techniques, to process accurate orders.
• Must become familiar with all food and non-food items to ensure accurate pulling and loading on routes.
• Physical requirements include ability to move/lift up to 50lbs unassisted, withstand temperatures in a typical warehouse environment, and frequently stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
