Job summary

SJE Rhombus, based in Detroit Lakes, MN, is seeking a Warehouse Shipping Clerk to store, organize, pick, and ship finished products, while restocking shelves and assisting with cycle counting. You will use computers to handle inbound and outbound shipments and complete related documentation.

Requirements include detail orientation, safety focus, and forklift training with safe operation. Experience with computers is expected; 1–2 years in shipping/warehouse is preferred.

The job:

As our Warehouse Shipping Clerk, your primary role will be storing, organizing, picking, and shipping finished products, restocking shelves and assisting with cycle counting. You will use computers and software to perform job‑related tasks and complete administrative duties for inbound and outbound shipments as well as internal documentation. You will be expected to report discrepancies in bills of material, inventory, quality of raw materials, assembled products, sales orders, and equipment maintenance concerns.

The skills, education, and experience you need:

To succeed in this role, you must:

• Be detailed oriented and able to work independently
• Put an emphasis on safety, quality of work and productivity
• Complete forklift training and be able to operate a forklift safely
• Have experience working with computers

Experience of 1-2 years in shipping, receiving, or warehouse is preferred.
