Rush-Enterprises is hiring a Warehouse Clerk in Lowell, AR to support inventory accuracy, record keeping, and customer service. The role involves processing shipments, stocking items, labeling parts, and coordinating deliveries.

Responsibilities include receiving shipments, updating inventory, locating parts, handling returns, and maintaining safety standards. Requires a GED/HS diploma, ability to lift 25+ lbs, and forklift training within 90 days, with a valid driver license.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds or more as needed.
• Three months of related experience or training, or equivalent.
• Valid driver license with insurability per company policy.
• Forklift training and certification within 90 days; forklift operators must be 18+.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and verify all shipments by matching counts to packing slips and enter in system.
• Process and store incoming stock within 24 hours in correct bin locations.
• Assign locations and update the system for new parts; label and organize.
• Check in and process inter-branch shipments; generate picking lists.
• Pull customer orders and prepare for will call, shipment, or delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and follow safety policies.
• Manage will-call bins and paperwork.
• Process junk cores by tagging, storing, and returning to vendors weekly.
• Dispatch drivers and provide driving directions as needed.
• Process customer returns and ensure parts are in resale condition.
• File freight claims for shortages or damaged parts within 24 hours.
• Serve as backup Parts Driver when needed.
• Pull, package, and ship vendor returns.
