Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with insurability.
• Forklift training and certification within 90 days are required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify all incoming shipments against packing slips.
• Process and store incoming stock within 24 hours and barcode properly.
• Assign locations and update system for new parts; label and organize.
• Check in and process inter-branch shipments; generate picking lists.
• Pull customer orders for will call, shipment, or delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and follow safety policies.
• Manage will-call bins and paperwork.
• Process junk cores; tag, store, and return to vendors weekly.
• Dispatch drivers and provide driving directions as needed.
• Process customer returns and ensure resale condition of parts.
• File freight claims for shortages or damaged parts within 24 hours.
• Serve as backup Parts Driver when needed.
• Pull, package, and ship vendor returns.
