Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma is required.
• Must lift 25 pounds or more as needed.
• Three months of related warehouse experience or training.
• Valid driver license with insurability requirements.
• Forklift training and certification due within 90 days; must be 18+.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify shipments and log packing slips.
• Process and store incoming stock within 24 hours.
• Assign locations and update the system for new parts.
• Check in inter-branch shipments and stage parts for delivery.
• Pull customer orders for will call, shipment, or delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and follow safety policies.
• Manage will-call bins and paperwork.
• Process junk cores by tagging and returning to vendors weekly.
• Dispatch drivers and provide driving directions as needed.
• Process customer returns and ensure resale condition.
• File freight claims for shortages or damaged parts within 24 hours.
• Serve as backup Parts Driver when needed.
• Pull, package, and ship vendor returns.
