Job summary

ARCH Global Precision in Emerson, NJ is seeking a Warehouse Associate to handle receiving, stock maintenance, and order fulfillment. You will pick, package, and ship products following established procedures.

The role requires attention to detail, basic math, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected, and physical requirements include lifting up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 6 months to 1 year related experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Basic math to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle and account for receiving of goods, maintaining of stock, processing and shipping of orders.
• Pick products according to established procedures.
• Package and ship products via UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS or other carrier to established procedures.
• Label and store products in warehouse to established procedures.
• Maintain inventory of packaging materials and initiate Material Request Router to reorder as needed.
• Custom label and package products according to customer specification.
• Keep warehouse and shipping area clean and organized.
• Receive, unpack, and verify count of products.
• Inspect products and labeling as needed.
• Perform physical inventory as scheduled.
• Pack and coordinate shipments of trade show supplies.
• Maintain commitment to Quality Goals and Quality Policy.
• Complete jobs and tasks as assigned.
