This position is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing materials, supplies, and equipment while ensuring inventory accuracy, timely order fulfillment, and compliance with all safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and process incoming shipments.Accurately record incoming inventory and update inventory management systems.Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and audits.Coordinate with shipping carriers and vendors as needed.Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using a sit-down forklift when required.Report damaged, missing, or incorrect inventory to management.Follow company policies, procedures, and OSHA safety regulations.Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience required.Previous Sit-Down Forklift experience is required.Forklift certification is preferred.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and data entry.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, and move throughout the shift.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.Physical RequirementsAbility to safely lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks.Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding environment.#IND3
