Job Title: Customer Advocate

Location and Schedule

Location: Fletcher, NC

Shift: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Main Responsibilities

• Provide customer-facing support to the distribution center.
• Assist internal departments with customer-related questions or requests.
• Support projects aimed at cost savings and efficiencies; assist in scheduling and processing customer orders.
• Request freight quotes and expedited services; coordinate with carriers for collect customers.
• Create and provide ASNs using customer-specific web portals and software systems.
• Arrange carrier pickups; provide tracking and paperwork requests to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and manage action items.
• Serve as a process expert to support and guide production teammates.
• Manage reports for processed but uninvoiced orders; assist with process documentation; perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Analytical, self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Team player, flexible, motivated, and a positive contributor to continuous improvement and change.

Preferred Qualifications

Some college coursework or two years of similar work experience. Warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
