8am-5pm (Monday-Friday, schedule subject to change based on business needs)

The Warehouse Clerk will receive items/products for the property and deliver them to the appropriate department. This position is responsible for deliveries to/from the warehouse, assisting in inventory counts as needed, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse. The Warehouse Clerk acts as the receiving/warehouse agent on behalf of Wind Creek Hospitality, in accordance with Internal Controls, Tribal policies and procedures, and Tribal Gaming Regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Participate in daily, cycle, and month-end inventory counts
  • Process requisitions, transfers, and prepare fill orders for distribution
  • Input data into applicable inventory/purchasing software
  • Perform daily recaps and generate reports
  • Follow warehouse standard operating procedures
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage assets to maintain appropriate stock and ordering schedules
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements : (Please ensure you meet these requirements before applying)

  • High School diploma or GED required; or currently enrolled with successful completion of GED within 6 months of start date
  • Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older
  • One (1) year warehouse/receiving experience preferred
  • Experience with computerized inventory/purchasing systems preferred
  • Ability to learn current inventory system within 60 days of hire
  • Ability to operate equipment including manual and powered pallet jacks, forklifts, hand trucks, carts, and electronic scales
  • Valid state-issued operator driver’s license required
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and climb ladders
  • Ability to lift/move parcels weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work in harsh environments such as freezers and coolers
  • Willingness to work outside in various weather conditions
  • Willing to work odd hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Willing to travel and participate in training as required
  • Must obtain and maintain a Tribal Gaming License
  • Willing to work in a smoke/secondary smoke environment
