Position supports distribution across the US, with pay at $21.50 per hour plus overtime and additional pay. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:30 pm, OT as needed. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Customer service oriented with professional relationships across the organization
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities with clerks from other floor areas, customers, and suppliers
• Update area metrics using the location's WMS system
• Generate daily, weekly, or monthly reports and summaries
• Perform floor work and additional duties as assigned
• Handle basic administrative tasks and maintain filing systems
• Gather and share information with floor employees within area of support
• Coordinate activities, meetings, and communications for the area or shift
• Perform other duties as assigned depending on the location
