Job summary

Piggly Wiggly Midwest LLC in Sheboygan, Wisconsin is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to support the transportation team and handle distribution reporting, shipping/receiving documentation, and fulfillment.

This full-time role pays $22.50 per hour on the 2nd shift (Sunday through Thursday, 4:00 pm–12:30 am) and includes data entry, route coordination, customer service tasks, and ad-hoc projects.

Candidates with pallet jack experience and night-shift availability are preferred.

• Prepare store mail for delivery
• Pick up selector scratches and buyer chases, create invoices, attach orders to routes, release and print labels
• Audit inbound receiving, print labels, reconcile and note overages shorts and damage and close out purchase orders
• Assist with special projects as needed

Position Overview Keep our communities fed.

As a Warehouse Clerk, you’ll become a part of this mission by providing administrative support to our transportation team. General office duties related to distribution reporting administration, and shipping / receiving documentation and fulfillment are also part of this position.

Pay: $22.50 per hour

Schedule: 2nd shift (Sunday - Thursday 4pm-12:30am)

Job Description

You will contribute by:

• Release routes, print selection labels and organize by departure and commodity type
• Take store phone calls/orders and assist them with ad-ons, memos and outs
• Data Entry

We’re searching for candidates with:

• Specialized Knowledge : Pallet Jack experience preferred.
• Special Skills : Prefer candidates with experience in grocery selection. Ability to work the overnight shift and overtime is required.
• 0-2 : At least six months of warehouse experience. Pallet Jack experience preferred.
