Job summary

United Talent LLC in Hiram, GA is seeking a Warehouse Clerk Associate for a contract role. You will receive and process material orders daily, label materials, and distribute packages internally, while preparing shipping documents such as bills of lading and labels.

You’ll coordinate daily deliveries and assist customers with order status and invoicing. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of warehouse experience, proficiency with Microsoft Excel and RF scanners, and the ability to operate a Cherry

• 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse setting.
• Experience creating bills of ladings.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process material orders daily, including deliveries, labeling, and internal distribution.
• Prepare bills of ladings, shipping labels, order receipts, and other shipping docs.
• Coordinate daily customer deliveries and provide excellent customer service.
• Resolve questions and issues related to tracking, invoicing, shipping, and order status.
• Box and prepare goods for shipment, address packages, and liaise with shipping companies.
• Maintain stockroom by organizing and labeling items and ensuring accurate records.
• Prepare shipping/receiving reports for supervisors.
• Schedule large shipments and coordinate logistics for storage space and personnel.
• Perform high-volume data entry as needed.
• Troubleshoot shipping and receiving issues as necessary.
• Operate an RF scanner to track and process inventory.
• Safely operate a Cherry Picker to retrieve/move materials.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive and process material orders on a daily basis, including accepting deliveries, labeling materials, and distributing packages and letters internally.
• Prepare, organize, and create bills of lading, shipping labels, order receipts, and other shipping documentation.
• Coordinate daily customer deliveries while providing excellent customer service.
• Resolve customer questions and issues related to tracking, invoicing, shipping, and order status.
• Box and prepare goods for shipment, address packages, and communicate with shipping companies as needed.
• Maintain the company stockroom by regularly cleaning, organizing, and labeling items in storage.
• Maintain accurate records of goods shipped and received.
• Prepare regular shipping and receiving reports for supervisors.
• Schedule large shipments and coordinate logistics to ensure adequate storage space and personnel are available for incoming shipments.
• Perform high-volume data entry as needed.
• Troubleshoot shipping and receiving issues when necessary.
• Operate an RF scanner to track and process inventory.
• Safely operate a Cherry Picker to retrieve and move materials as needed.

Pay & Shift:

• Pay starts at $18.25/hour, based on experience.
• Monday to Friday| 10 AM to 7PM
• Additional shifts available
• Overtime: As needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of experience working in a warehouse setting.
• Experience creating bills of ladings.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge and experience using an RF scanner.
• Ability to safely operate a Cherry Picker.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to perform high-volume data entry accurately.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers, coworkers, supervisors, and shipping companies.
• Drug Testing Required
• At least one year of warehouse supervisory experience preferred.
