Job summary

United Talent LLC is hiring 2nd Shift Custodian Associates in Hiram, GA to maintain a clean, safe, and professional facility. You will perform cleaning duties across offices, bathrooms, break rooms, and warehouses while following established procedures.

Requirements include at least 1 year of custodial or related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and basic English; applicants must be 18+. The position offers $18.75 per hour for the 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM) with weekly pay.

Responsibilities

• Gather trash and sort recyclables throughout the office and warehouse.
• Clean and maintain bathrooms, break rooms, clinic rooms, meeting rooms, hallways, offices, walls, and other areas.
• Vacuum, dust, mop, extract carpets, wax and auto-scrub floors.
• Clean windows, glass doors, counters, cabinets, and other surfaces.
• Perform minor building maintenance (changing light bulbs, painting, door/lock checks).
• Restock cleaning supplies and maintain inventory.
• Prepare meeting rooms and areas for meetings/events.
• Follow proper procedures for cleaning solutions and equipment use.
• Maintain a clean, safe, professional environment throughout the facility.
• Complete assigned duties independently with minimal supervision.
• Participate in 60-day training on cleaning procedures and materials.

Job Responsibilities:

• Gather trash and sort recyclables throughout the office and warehouse.
• Clean and maintain bathrooms, break rooms, clinic rooms, meeting rooms, hallways, offices, walls, and other common areas.
• Vacuum, dust, mop, extract carpets, wax and auto-scrub hard floors.
• Clean windows, glass doors, counters, cabinets, and other surfaces.
• Perform minor building maintenance, including changing light bulbs, painting, and general checks of doors and locks.
• Restock cleaning and facility supplies and maintain cleaning supply inventory.
• Prepare meeting rooms and other areas for meetings and events.
• Follow proper procedures for the use and storage of cleaning solutions and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment throughout the facility.
• Complete assigned duties independently and with minimal supervision.
• Participate in training during the first 60 days on cleaning procedures, supplies, recycling, and facility expectations.

Pay & Shift:

• Pay starts at $18.75/hour, based on experience.
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Monday through Friday
• Overtime as needed/available

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of recent related custodial, maintenance, or building maintenance experience.
• Basic English reading and speaking skills.
• Knowledge of general building maintenance, cleaning equipment, materials, and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks with little or no supervision.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to establish and maintain professional working relationships with coworkers, clients, and visitors.
• Ability to operate basic office equipment and use maintenance-related computer applications.
• Must be comfortable performing routine cleaning and maintenance duties throughout an office and warehouse environment.
