Job summary

You’ll work with a team, lift and move heavier items, and use a computer to process transactions. Forklift experience is strongly preferred, and dependable attendance is essential.

Warehouse Associate – Pick, Pack & Ship | 1st Shift

Location: Louisville, KY
Pay: $18.00–$20.00/hour
Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM–3:00 PM

Hire Sync is hiring multiple Warehouse Associates for immediate 1st shift opportunities in Louisville, KY. We’re looking for dependable candidates with warehouse, shipping and receiving, inventory, or forklift experience who are ready to join a busy parts operation.

This is a hands‑on warehouse role where you’ll pick, pack, ship, receive, and organize parts while helping keep inventory accurate and orders moving. If you enjoy staying busy, working as part of a team, and taking ownership of accurate orders, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Pick, pack, and prepare parts for customer orders and outgoing shipments
• Receive incoming parts and verify shipments for accuracy and quality
• Load and unload delivery trucks
• Safely operate gas and electric forklifts
• Move and organize parts throughout the warehouse
• Package and secure pallets for outgoing shipments
• Maintain accurate warehouse stock and parts locations
• Perform regular and special inventory counts as needed
• Monitor stock levels and supplies to help maintain product availability
• Use a computer to process warehouse transactions
• Send and receive emails and research shipping or receiving discrepancies
• Prepare shipping, export, and other required documentation
• Help identify and resolve shipping, receiving, and inventory errors
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
• Lift and move heavier parts, packages, and materials as required
• Assist with additional warehouse responsibilities as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse, shipping and receiving, order picking, inventory, or material handling experience preferred
• Forklift experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable working with both gas and electric forklifts
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse systems
• Ability to accurately pick orders and maintain inventory
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Comfortable lifting and moving heavier parts and packages
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team
• Willingness to work weekend overtime when necessary
