B-Sew Inn in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products. You will verify, pack, label, and ship orders, and restock as needed in a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds. Candidates should be comfortable with basic computer tasks and POS inventory functions, and thrive in a team setting.

Summary:

The Warehouse Clerk position is responsible to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of products, verifies and keeps records of incoming/outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment by performing outlined duties. The successful candidate must be energetic, detail oriented and eager to learn. This is a full-time position Monday - Friday 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive and check incoming pick tickets.
• Compares identifying information and counts, weight, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against invoices, orders, or other records.
• Assembles cardboard containers or selects preassembled containers, inserts items into containers and affixes shipping labels on packed containers.
• Examines outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications.
• Locate products using technology.
• Retrieve orders according to quantity, size etc. ensuring accuracy.
• Stores and stocks items, as appropriate
• Wrap orders before loading on trucks.
• Restock inventory manually or with warehouse equipment.
• Keep records of completed orders.
• Maintain equipment and report on malfunctions.
• Adhere to health & safety policies and quality standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
