B-Sew Inn in Tulsa is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products. You will verify incoming/outgoing shipments, prepare items for shipment, and maintain records.

Responsibilities

Receive and check incoming pick tickets.
Verify items against invoices and orders.
Assemble and label containers for shipment.
Inspect outgoing shipments for accuracy and specs.
Locate products using warehouse tools and systems.
Retrieve orders by quantity and size accurately.
Store, stock, and wrap orders for loading.
Restock inventory and maintain records of orders.
Keep equipment maintained and report malfunctions.
Adhere to health, safety and quality standards.

Our Distribution Center and Administration Offices, based in Oklahoma, provides sales support and infrastructure to enable our company to be prepared for future growth and expansion.

Summary:

The Warehouse Clerk position is responsible to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of products, verifies and keeps records of incoming/outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment by performing outlined duties. The successful candidate must be energetic, detail oriented and eager to learn. This is a full-time position Monday - Friday 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Receive and check incoming pick tickets.
Compares identifying information and counts, weight, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against invoices, orders, or other records.
Assembles cardboard containers or selects preassembled containers, inserts items into containers and affixes shipping labels on packed containers.
Examines outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications.
Locate products using technology.
Retrieve orders according to quantity, size etc. ensuring accuracy.
Stores and stocks items, as appropriate.
Wrap orders before loading on trucks.
Restock inventory manually or with warehouse equipment.
Keep records of completed orders.
Maintain equipment and report on malfunctions.
Adhere to health & safety policies and quality standards.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required.

Skills and Requirements:

Ability to learn and apply new skills, requiring minimal supervision.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
