Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of clerical or warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience operating forklift equipment preferred.
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service skills and ability to build professional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities with clerks from other floor areas, the customer and/or suppliers as needed.
• Use the location's WMS system to update area metrics and shift metrics.
• Generate daily, weekly or monthly reports and summaries, often confidential.
• Perform floor work and other duties as assigned.
• Conduct basic administrative tasks and maintain filing systems.
• Gather information from floor employees and provide it to the area of support.
• Coordinate meetings and communications for the area or shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned depending on area supported.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year or more clerical or warehouse experience preferred
• One (1) year or more experience operating forklift equipment preferred
