This position is a critical support role for the Warehouse team, supporting through administrative tasks that ensure a safe and efficient workflow.

Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Position Details

• Title: Day Warehouse Clerk
• Division: Warehouse Receiving
• Reports To: Director of Operations
• FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt/Hourly

Responsibilities

• Act as Primary SQF practitioner
• Coordinate inbound deliveries and communicate with vendors
• Process inbound paperwork such as BOLs, damages, shorts
• Submit accurate paperwork and process invoices for CRMs and RAs
• Perform cycle counts as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Required Skills

• Mandatory computer skills: Excel, Word, Outlook
• Knowledge of temperature-controlled environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration

Education and Experience

• 1 year of office administration experience preferred
• 1 year of foodservice experience preferred
• Experience in driving KPI improvements and performance

Working Conditions and Physical Demands

Includes sitting, standing, walking, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in varying temperatures, including freezer environments.
