• Order Processing: Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently; Prepare orders for shipment with proper labeling and documentation.
• Receiving Merchandise: Inspect and verify incoming shipments; Unload and unpack items and record received items in the inventory system.
• Stocking: Organize and stock merchandise; Ensure items are stored in an orderly and accessible manner; Replenish stock as needed.
• Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies; Assist in audits and cycle counts; Maintain accurate records.
• General Warehouse Duties: Keep the warehouse clean, organized and safe; Operate warehouse equipment if certified; Assist in loading/unloading trucks; Perform other duties as assigned.

The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. This role involves order processing, checking and receiving merchandise, stocking, inventory management, and performing general warehouse duties.

Responsibilities as a Warehouse Clerk:

• Order Processing:
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
• Receiving Merchandise:
  • Inspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
  • Unload and unpack merchandise, checking for damages and discrepancies.
  • Record received items in the inventory management system.
• Stocking:
  • Organize and stock merchandise in designated areas.
  • Ensure all items are stored in an orderly and accessible manner.
  • Replenish stock as needed to maintain inventory levels.
• Inventory Management:
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records.
• General Warehouse Duties:
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (if certified).
  • Assist in loading and unloading trucks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Leader
