Job summary

Medline Industries, LP in McDonough, GA seeks a Warehouse Clerk to provide internal and external administrative and customer support in the branch. You will handle phones, emails, and necessary documentation while ensuring smooth yard operations.

You will schedule and administer work assignments, act as the department contact, print labels, and create load sheets/ASNs, with emphasis on accuracy, attendance and service. Proficiency in MS Office and SAP/Catalyst is important.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• SAP and Catalyst experience preferred; transportation familiarity a plus.
• Proficient reading/writing/speaking English.

Responsibilities

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide phone support of inbound calls and field calls as necessary;


• communication via email


• Ensure completion of all necessary documentation and process as needed


• Maintain proper flow of the yard;


• Schedule appointments as necessary


• Schedule and administer work assignments


• Function as point of contact for respective department


• Print labels; create problem tickets


• Create load sheets and/or ASN’s


• Successfully meet company expectation in regard to accuracy, performance, and attendance.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (Ms Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), Previous SAP and Catalyst experience and familiarity with transportation is a plus Proficient to read, write, and speak in English. The anticipated salary range for this position: $17.25 - $25.00 Hourly The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.

• Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average.


• For roles where employees work less than 30 hours per week, benefits include 401(k) contributions, paid time off, as well as access to the Employee Assistance Program, Employee Resource Groups and the Employee Service Corp.
