Job summary

The Post Oak in Laughlin, NV is seeking a warehouse associate to receive, stock and maintain stock items for GNL. You will handle forklift operations, update receiving records, and coordinate with departments to ensure timely deliveries.

You will use an IP system to enter data, maintain logs, and assist with occasional supervision-free tasks. This role offers room for advancement and benefits including PTO and 401K.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in receiving or warehouse.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs and verify quantities.
• Must operate a forklift and two-way radio.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum age 21.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stock products.

• Record receiving data in daily logs by type (vendor, UPS, etc.).

• Occasionally work without supervision.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Overview

JOB PURPOSE:

Receive, stock, and maintain all warehouse stock items for GNL

Responsibilities

ESSENTIALJOB FUNCTIONS:

• Receive and stock products.
• Fill out pertinent information on receiving worksheets, which includes quantity, verifying specifications, and date received, for each product
• Transport palletized product by use of forklift or pallet jack.
• Input receiving information into the IP system computer and update and/or close purchase orders
• Record receiving information on daily logs according to type (vendor, UPS, office products, etc.)
• Communicate with departments with deliveries.
• Delivering product to Executive Level or other specific locations.
• Occasionally works without supervision
• Perform other duties and responsibilities required by Management as requested.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATION:

• Prior experience in receiving or warehouse.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs., maintain delivery records and verify quantities
• Must be able to operate a forklift and two-way radio
• Basic knowledge of computer and operating system.
• Valid driver's license for operation of company vehicles
• Minimum age requirement is 21.
