Job description

Job Purpose

Receive, stock, and maintain all warehouse stock items for GNL

Responsibilities

• Receive and stock products.
• Fill out pertinent information on receiving worksheets, which includes quantity, verifying specifications, and date received for each product.
• Transport palletized product by use of forklift or pallet jack.
• Input receiving information into the IP system computer and update and/or close purchase orders.
• Record receiving information on daily logs according to type (vendor, UPS, office products, etc.).
• Communicate with departments with deliveries.
• Deliver products to executive level or other specific locations.
• Occasionally works without supervision.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities required by Management as requested.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in receiving or warehouse.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs., maintain delivery records and verify quantities.
• Must be able to operate a forklift and two-way radio.
• Basic knowledge of computer and operating system.
• Valid driver's license for operation of company vehicles.
• Minimum age requirement is 21.
