About Us

SAM Mechanical is a leading HVAC service and installation provider committed to excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction. We’re seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Clerk to support our field and office teams by managing inventory, materials, and warehouse operations.

Pay/Hours

Up to $25/hr DOE

Monday-Friday 7a-3:30p

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming HVAC materials and equipment
• Organize and maintain stock in designated warehouse locations
• Prepare and stage materials and equipment for daily service and installation jobs
• Track inventory levels and assist with cycle counts and reordering
• Assist technicians with loading and unloading company vehicles
• Process returns and warranty equipment following company procedures
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
• Support occasional delivery or pickup of materials as needed
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse or material handling experience preferred (HVAC industry a plus)
• Ability to lift to 75 lbs. and work in a physically active environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems a plus
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (preferred)
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
