• Manage the preparation and verification of essential shipping and receiving documents, such as manifests, bills of lading, and inventory records.
• Oversee stock levels and track the movement of goods to help maintain accurate inventory counts.
• Facilitate efficient operations by coordinating with production staff, dock supervisors, and carriers to ensure the timely movement of bakery products.
• Help maintain a safe and sanitary working environment by strictly adhering to all established food‑safety and warehouse protocols at our Franklin Park site.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of professional experience in a warehouse clerk capacity
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while remaining a collaborative and motivated team member
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
