Job summary

Flô Networks is seeking a seasonal Warehouse Clerk based in El Paso, Texas to support warehouse operations. You will update inventory movements in the ERP system, coordinate with multiple departments, and assist with system updates and project material assignments.

Responsibilities include receipt of purchase orders, inventory audits, stock reception, and packaging for delivery. National and international shipping coordination and forklift experience are a plus; candidate must lift up to 40

Flô Networks is a leading provider of telecommunications services between the US and Mexico. We provide voice and data services to Fortune 1000 companies, telecommunications, and cable companies over a fiber optic network that spans over 13,000 miles between both countries.

We have an immediate need for a seasonal Warehouse Clerk. This position will be based in El Paso , Texas.

The Role:

We are looking for a seasonal Warehouse Clerk to support our warehouse operations in El Paso, Texas. Duties include updating inventory movements in the ERP system, communicating effectively with the involved areas, support system updates activities, and assigning materials to system projects, among other duties.

The Responsibilities:

• Receipt of purchase orders.


• Delivery of materials for multiple departments.


• Materials allocation in the system to different projects.


• Inventory audits.


• Receive and stock materials.


• Effective packaging for delivery.


• Identify and communicate issues when receiving deliveries from shipping vendors.


• Delivery of materials, equipment and tools, including outside business hours as required.


• Coordinate with multiple national and international shipping carriers to ensure the timely delivery.

The Requirements:

• High School Diploma.


• 1-2 years of warehousing and/or logistics experience.


• Knowledge of warehouse processes (inventories, ERP systems, etc).


• Intermediate knowledge of computer systems and Office packages (Excel, Word, PPT, etc).


• Experience with Material Control Reporting (Inputs - Outputs, minimum and maximum stocks).


• Experience in inventory management and serial numbers.


• Highly organized with a sense of urgency and focused on results.


• Teamwork and customer service oriented.


• Experience with international shipping and handling.


• Experience with forklifts or other loading/transporting equipment.


• Able to climb a ladder if required.


• Must be able to travel nationally and internationally.


• Driver's license required.


• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.


• Bilingual - Fluent in English and Spanish is a plus.
