Job Summary

This position is responsible for all Warehouse transactions. Ensure inventory controls are in place and being followed. All safety guidelines are adhered to.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities

1. Oversee and ensure all inventory controls are in place to support the plant.
2. Maintain and organize warehouse storage racks and equipment.
3. Conduct cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels according to company standards.
4. Coordinate with Material Management on inventory reorder and replenishment processes.
5. Issue inventory when pulled and oversee open usage records in Maximo.
6. Perform physical receipt of all purchase orders and receive in Maximo.
7. Manage all plant-to-plant transfers needed for company operations.
8. Utilize the Direct Charge Application in Maximo to ensure all materials are properly accounted for.
9. Review all repair application records and collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure proper handling.
10. Perform inventory tracking tasks in Maximo, including reports, adjustments, receipts, and system-generated reports.
11. Oversee vendor shelving to maintain appropriate levels supporting the plant.

Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of related warehouse/materials experience.
• Ability to clearly express ideas in individual or group settings.
• Ability to operate a forklift and all-terrain forklift.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Knowledge of Safety Data Sheets.
• Proficient in computer applications including Maximo, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and applicable laws (environmental, OSHA).
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degrees or certifications are advantageous.

• 100% of PO's received for inventory items.
• 100% of inventory items issued from warehouse.
• Cycle count accuracy of 98%.
• Inventory and reorder optimization to reduce costs.
• Goal of zero safety recordables.
