Job Summary

This position is responsible for all warehouse transactions. Ensure inventory controls are in place and being followed. All safety guidelines are adhered to.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities

• Oversee and ensure all inventory controls are in place to support the plant.
• Maintain and organize the warehouse storage racks and equipment.
• Perform cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory to company standards.
• Work with Material Management on inventory reorder and replenishment process.
• Issue inventory when pulled and oversee open usage records in Maximo.
• Perform physical receipts of all POs and receive in Maximo.
• Perform all plant-to-plant transfers needed to support overall company operations.
• Work the direct charge application in Maximo to ensure all material is accounted for.
• Review all repair application records and work with maintenance team to ensure proper handling.
• Perform tasks on inventory tracking system (Maximo), including reports, adjustments, timely receipts, and system-generated reports.
• Oversee vendor shelving to ensure appropriate levels are maintained to support the plant.

Education, Experience, & Skills

• Minimum 5 years related warehouse/materials experience.
• Ability to operate a forklift and all-terrain forklift.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Knowledge of Safety Data Sheets.
• Proficient in computer applications including Maximo, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and relevant laws (environmental, OSHA).
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degrees or certifications are a plus.
