Job summary

Muckleshoot Casino Resort is seeking a warehouse associate to support receiving, inventory, and goods handling in a fast-paced facility in Washington. You will unload trucks, verify orders, inspect items, and ensure safe storage and accurate records.

The role requires reliability, basic clerical skills, and a valid WA driver’s license. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of warehouse experience, forklift certification, and familiarity with warehouse health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Class IIIA gaming license may be required.
• 1-3 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Office/clerical experience preferred.
• Must have and maintain a valid Washington State Driver’s License.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Experience with floor maintenance equipment and cleaning chemicals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of MCR for new hires and team members; exemplify MCR’s values and set a great example by always demonstrating guest service and professionalism.
• Assist with unloading trucks, checking merchandise, and matching purchase orders to goods.
• Inspect goods for proper quantities and visible damage; report issues to Supervisor.
• Move goods to racks, shelves, or bins per policy; transfer to storage or department personnel.
• Operate forklift and other lifting devices; handle pallets and supplies safely.
• Rotate food and liquor items in the warehouse; maintain clean, secure areas.
• Assist with monthly inventory and inbound item receiving in the warehouse system.
• Follow health and safety standards and use chemical cleaners and power equipment properly.
• Create a positive work environment and escalate issues to appropriate personnel.

What You’ll Do

• Practice, support and promote the mission, vision, and values of Muckleshoot Casino Resort (MCR).
• Assist with unloading trucks, checking merchandise, and matching purchase orders to goods.
• Inspect goods for proper quantities and visible damage.
• Report damaged product and/or quality issues to Supervisor.
• Sort and place goods or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequence and established department policy and procedure.
• Transfer distributed goods to secure storage areas or directly to department personnel.
• File and/or enter applicable paperwork in accordance with established department policy and procedure.
• Operate forklift and other lifting devices or hand trucks.
• Rotate food and liquor items in the warehouse area (including coolers and freezers).
• Maintain a secure, clean, and orderly warehouse area.
• Assist with monthly inventory.
• Assist with receiving and inventorying all inbound items into the warehouse management system daily.
• Assist with physical disposal of assets following Muckleshoot Casino Resort standard operating procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness in the warehouse and receiving interior and exterior areas following health and safety standards.
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment.
• Work in high level areas using tools such as ladders and scissor lifts.
• Create, maintain, and facilitate a positive and safe work environment; promote positive team member relations and reports issues to appropriate personnel.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

• Ability to obtain a Class IIIA gaming license.
• One to Three (1-3) years warehouse experience preferred.
• Previous office/clerical experience preferred.
• Must have and maintain a valid Washington State Driver’s License.
• Forklift certification preferred.
